How to get the app

  1. Open the App Store (iPhone or iPad) or Google Play app (Android).
  2. Search for “Workplace by Facebook” or “Work Chat by Facebook”. Tap ‘get’ (iPhone) or ‘download’ (Android) to download the app to your mobile or tablet.
  3. Sign in using your primary email address and network password (you’ll be asked to log in once a week for security reasons).
  4. Once logged in, search for the ‘Workplace Education materials’ for tips, help and guidance on how to get the best from Workplace.

Using the Work Chat mobile app - Work Chat’s instant messaging service allows you to stay in touch with people no matter where you are based. It lets you have one-to-one chats, group chats, and video calls. And, only people taking part in the chat can see the conversation.
